I am 5'4 and 145 pounds, I ordered a Large and they are extremely tight.I purchased these in blue and in black/ grey. The ones on this order ripped the first time putting them on but the blue ones I got before fit perfectly. Very unhappy with this order. Couldn’t wear them.I ordered a medium which felt way to small an tight for me. However, they fit my daughter who wears x-small and size small perfectly.Fit great. When I first opened them they definitely look ridiculously small but they have great stretch and fit like a glove ? unfortunately they are see through. I don't mind but just consider that before buying, only nude undies or thongs. Will update with a picI am 5’8” and 147 pounds and ordered a large. They look really small when taking out but overall stretch true and are so comfortable
