Ok, I know these are men's compression basketball tights, but at the time we got them, they didn't have any for women. So, I just sized them out for my daughter based on their sizing chart. She's 5'2", about 115 pounds, with an athletic, solid build. I got the extra small for her.These are very well made, durable compression pants. These are NOT your run of the mill thin copper compression material. Instead 2XU used some quality nylon and paid attention to their stitching. My daughter loved the way these felt on her legs. She said they were nice and snug, but not too tight. Her first game playing in these, she played over 3 quarters and said after the games her legs still felt good. She worked hard and was running the floor both ways, so I know her comment wasn't because she wasn't playing hard. She said she liked how it kept her legs warm, but not sweltering hot. It was like she didn't have to warm herself up like she usually does after coming in from the cold into a cool gym.Her only negative comment was that they felt a little loose around her hips and at the crotch (well of course...because they are made for men). Now, 2XU, can you just make a women's pair that feel just as good?!We did receive these compression tights at a discounted rate in exchange for our honest review. Would we buy them again...in a heartbeat! It definitely beats having separate compression pieces for knees, calves any day!
