I thought it was a dress but it fit like a shirt.The tights were small also and fit like pantyhose.The hat was misshaped flat and floppy.I ordered a skirt to wear with top but didn’t receive it was lost during delivery.So I will need to find another Halloween costume in a rush !!!!!
