My young daughter wore these for many hours in a wedding as the flower girl & no complaints of being uncomfortable. They looked very nice on her & looked so natural like she wasn't wearing any stockings. They had a smooth look, light & airy, & felt so silky soft! Not thick, so if that's what you're needing these are not going to keep your kids warm in colder climates. This was actually perfect for an outdoor wedding on a hot day.
