These leggings are not tight all the way to the ankle (for the bottom 4 inches they loosen up to fit 2-3 fingers between the material and my ankles). There are also thick seams that (for thicker thighs) rub together a bit uncomfortably. They are made out of a material that when it stretches, the pattern looks ribbed/faded. The top is just 1 band of elastic, not a high-waist structured legging. Great for around the house, not great for actual activity. Happy I only paid $21.99 for these.Fits great, I ordered this garment after buying one at a brick/mortar store. The fabric is on the thin size and fits my purpose. I wear these for swimming and recreational kayaking. The extra water saturation helps keep me cool and protects me from exposure, and I stay cooler a bit longer after exiting the water.I'm 5'7", fat thighs, and the cuffs go fully under my heels. There is room to spare without feeling uncomfortable. The waistband is comfortable, not pinchy at all.Great pants, fits great, perfect color!These are pretty good but don't come anywhere near my ankles- I do usually need a Tall in most pants (33 inch inseam if i want to wear a short heel) but these seem exceptionally short.
